Shipping Policy – Magnetic Marvel NZ

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders within New Zealand and Australia.

 

2. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of NZD $10 applies to all orders within NZ and $25 for Australia orders.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch for NZ and 7-8 business days for Australia.
Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please ensure your contact details are correct to receive updates.

5. Responsibility

Magnetic Marvel NZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

6. Damaged Items

Your order number
Photos and videos of the damaged item

We will replace the item at no extra cost once verified.
