No Returns or Refunds

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect photo submissions.

• All sales are final once your order is confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no extra cost.

  • Your order number

  • Photos and videos showing the damage or defect

• Once verified, we will send a replacement promptly.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the damage occurred during transit and is confirmed.
